What does it cost?
The app is free, and the free version is a real training app. You can generate training plans, log and track every session, connect your wearable and use the thing properly without ever paying us anything. No time limit and no card required.
Premium is the intelligence underneath it: the Week Orchestrator solving across every discipline at once, recovery-aware scheduling driven by your sleep, HRV and accumulated load, the coach with your full history, and the advanced insights.
Two ways to pay for it. Monthly, which you can cancel any time with no notice period, or yearly, which works out roughly a third cheaper per month if you already know you are training through the season. The price for your region is shown on the App Store or Google Play listing before you pay for anything.
Is there a free trial?
No, and we would rather explain why than pretend it is an oversight. Plan generation and the coach run on frontier models tailored to your training data, and that costs us real money on every single request. We have chosen to spend that budget on running the best models we can for the people training on Premium, rather than thinning it out across everyone.
You also do not need one. The free version is a working training app, so you can generate plans and use it properly before you decide whether the intelligence layer is worth it. And if you do go Premium, the monthly plan is cancelled from the App Store or Google Play in two taps.
Do I need a wearable?
No. Not at all. Your plan is built from your goal, your disciplines and your availability, and you can log every session by hand. Nothing about the training is gated behind owning a watch.
A wearable adds two things. You get real health and recovery insight instead of estimates, and the Orchestrator gets sharper, because it is scheduling around what your body actually did rather than what was written down.
Which sports does it support?
Running, cycling, swimming, gym and strength, Hyrox, and triathlon through to Ironman distance. In any combination, as one plan. A Hyrox block with two lifting days and a swim is one plan that knows what each session costs the others, not three plans fighting over the same legs.

What happens if I miss a session?
The Orchestrator picks it up and reworks the week around it. It does not just shove the session to tomorrow and let the pile-up become your problem.
It looks at what that session was for, what you have already done this week and how close your race is, then decides whether to move it, shorten it, or let it go because catching it up would cost you more than missing it. If your race is close, the sessions that matter to that race are protected first and everything else gets rearranged around them. You see what it wants to do and why before anything changes.
How does the Week Orchestrator actually work?
For the nerds
It is a constraint solver, not a language model guessing at your calendar. Your week is compiled into a formal scheduling problem and handed to a CP-SAT solver, which searches the arrangements that are actually legal for you and proves which one is best.
Constraints come in three grades. Hard constraints cannot be broken at all: your stated availability, daily capacity, anything you have pinned, sessions already in the past, event cutoffs and required spacing. If no legal week exists, it refuses and tells you, rather than quietly returning something broken.
Soft constraints are solved in strict priority order, not mashed together into one weighted score. Cornerstone sessions for your goal are satisfied first. That result is then frozen as a hard requirement, and the next level is solved underneath it: minimum dose, maintenance floors, goal targets, then load pressure and session-stacking cost, then the smallest number of changes to your week, then a stable tie-break so the same input always gives you the same answer.
Your recovery data enters at the load-pressure level. Every session you complete is scored for what it actually cost you, weighted by discipline, and carried forward as accumulated pressure rather than forgotten at the end of the week. Your sleep, resting heart rate and HRV move that picture: a week where your recovery signals are down raises the cost the solver assigns to stacking hard work, so arrangements that pile intensity onto tired legs score worse and lose to the ones that do not.
It is honest about coverage too. If your data is thin or a source has been quiet, the pressure model says so and stands down rather than inventing a number and scheduling your week around it.
That ordering is the whole point. It means a lower priority can never buy its way past a higher one. Nothing gets to trade away your key session to make the arithmetic tidier.
Every change is written to an append-only journal, so the plan has a full history of what changed, when and why. And the AI never makes the decision. It reads what the solver decided and writes the explanation, with a check that discards any wording that claims more than the solver actually did.
Will it replace a real coach?
For most people, honestly, yes.
A human coach sees you for an hour a week and writes your plan from memory and a spreadsheet. AstraIQ reads every session you complete, every night you sleep badly and every day you miss, and re-solves your entire week around it before you have finished your coffee. It never forgets that you squatted heavy on Thursday. It never leaves your plan untouched for three weeks because it is busy.
If you already have a great coach who watches you move, the strongest setup on the planet is both. They handle your form and the calls that need eyes on you. AstraIQ handles the scheduling, the load tracking and the daily arithmetic that no human should be doing by hand anyway.
What happens to my health data?
It is yours, and it stays yours. It is encrypted in transit and at rest, and it is used for exactly one thing: building and adapting your training. It is never sold, never handed to advertisers and never used to train anybody else's models.
You control the taps. Disconnect a source whenever you want, or delete your account and your data goes with it. The full detail is in the privacy policy.
